It can also be implied that her manerisoms and actions portray her as the 4th witch, she personally controls her husband and leads him to his demise, illustrating that those who subvert the gender norms of the society must not be in control whatsoever, as it always ends as a downfall.
furthermore, guilt catches up on Lady macbeth faster than it does on Macbeth, She is seemed controlled and cruel on the outside but her evilness fills her up so much she bursts open and doesnt seem to know how to get herself in control again. "out damned spot, out i say, heres the smell of blood still" her hallucinations reveal her moral decline, showcasting how the divine punishment of the Gods is more horrifying than the actual consequence, it reveals how now one can escape their guilt, even after many rounds of supressing it, it cannot be controled by the mind of the humankind. it was deemed to be her moral decline as soon as evilness filled her thoughts. it furthermore contradicts her earlier remark, "a little water clears us of this deed", the exagerration of "little" juxtaposes with the massiveness of the act.
